Courtney-Ford Design was formed by long-time industry professionals Tina Courtney and Barbara Ford, who saw a need for a professional interior design firm that understood the special needs of the home builder. Adopting the slogan "We don't decorate, we merchandise," Courtney-Ford Design commenced providing custom tailored interior design and merchandising plans devised to attract buyers and sell homes. The firm, which began with two designers and a handful of clients, completed some 50 model homes its first year. Today, Courtney-Ford Design employs more than 30 people and completes more than 250 models a year.

Based in San Diego, CA, Courtney-Ford Design has grown to serve both large and small home builders throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
